Dear Bruce:
I want to extend my sincere gratitude to you, your staff, and Rizzoli’s Automotive for an OUTSTANDING SERVICE EXPERIENCE! I am sending this brief note just to say thank you for your superb customer care and service.
Initially I was hesitant to bring my recreational vehicle to what appeared to be a high-end shop but like with all my other vehicles I wanted to ensure that I would receive quality work from honest individuals. After I made the initial phone call and spoke with Frank Waite, he assured me that you all could handle the job. I was also hesitant about explaining to Frank what happened to me at one of your competitor’s repair shop. As you know my vehicle was damaged. Frank reassured me that I would be taken care of at Rizzoli’s Automotive. I am happy to say that I am 100% satisfied. I also want to let you know, that when we discussed having to conduct a diagnostic check on the vehicle I was fully prepared to park the truck and wait on a resolution from the other shop. So when you contacted me and said that you took another look at it and you were able to figure out what was going on, I appreciated the honesty and the extra effort you took on my vehicle; that was above and beyond. Thank you.
I have decided that from now on I will bring all my vehicles to Rizzoli’s Automotive. Here’s why, because I do not have to worry about shop integrity or workmanship. If you took care of my 1991 GMC I have no doubt you will take care of my 2008 A6 any work that is not under warranty I would like to be handled by your shop; that goes for my wife’s Suburban too.
Again, thank you for going the extra mile and being a business of integrity here in Santa Maria.
