Thank you for taking care of my stranded 16 year old daughter when
her car broke down on her 1st road trip. It was nice to know she was
in good hands and everything was being done to get her back on the
road as soon as possible. She made the four hour drive back home with
no issues. She especially liked how nice and clean her car was when she
picked it up and how you shuttled her from downtown to pick up her car when it was ready!

From one small business owner to another, and from a mom having to
put complete faith in someone we had never met or done business with
almost 200 miles away I appreciate all you did.

I want to extend my sincere gratitude to you, your staff, and Rizzoli’s Automotive for an OUTSTANDING SERVICE EXPERIENCE! I am sending this brief note just to say thank you for your superb customer care and service.

Initially I was hesitant to bring my recreational vehicle to what appeared to be a high-end shop but like with all my other vehicles I wanted to ensure that I would receive quality work from honest individuals. After I made the initial phone call and spoke with Frank Waite, he assured me that you all could handle the job. I was also hesitant about explaining to Frank what happened to me at one of your competitor’s repair shop. As you know my vehicle was damaged. Frank reassured me that I would be taken care of at Rizzoli’s Automotive. I am happy to say that I am 100% satisfied. I also want to let you know, that when we discussed having to conduct a diagnostic check on the vehicle I was fully prepared to park the truck and wait on a resolution from the other shop. So when you contacted me and said that you took another look at it and you were able to figure out what was going on, I appreciated the honesty and the extra effort you took on my vehicle; that was above and beyond. Thank you.

I have decided that from now on I will bring all my vehicles to Rizzoli’s Automotive. Here’s why, because I do not have to worry about shop integrity or workmanship. If you took care of my 1991 GMC I have no doubt you will take care of my 2008 A6 any work that is not under warranty I would like to be handled by your shop; that goes for my wife’s Suburban too.

Again, thank you for going the extra mile and being a business of integrity here in Santa Maria.
